Let me first say that I appreciate all feedback whether it be positive or negative. Next, I want to apologize that you were left feeling that my focus was on anything other than helping you get the home you wanted. I was under the impression that you were happy with the entire transaction as that was what you conveyed to me once everything was said and done. With that being said, there are a lot of things that go into the purchase of a home that isn't always on the surface and there is always a rhyme and reason to everything that I do throughout the sales process. I also pride myself in being an agent that leaves my clients feeling like they had a great experience buying/selling a home, regardless of the money or obstacles involved.
